If you like cherry (reminds you of the visits to grandmother's house ...)then try this at home

 Here are some simple instructions to follow          

necessary component:

- in addition to the cherry and sugar - the strong sun.

- 200 grams cherry (washed,  seeds off) 
                                 - 150 grams of sugar.

 let the sun for 3 (summer) months to "cook" the material.
3 months later , if the sugar isn't completely melted , stir it up a bit and fill the bottles with (about 700 grams) cognac.

Then leave another month for the material to "tie" and the cherry is  ready!
